Minor PhP Work

Hi, I have a wordpress site ([login to view URL]), and I'd like the following tasks completed. Budget is $40. Please let me know if this work will require more $$$. Here's what I need done: 1 I’d like to use the date square seen on the test page under Latest News to replace the date square on the blog page 2. I’d like to get the subscribe option on sidebar connected to my php mailing list without making recipients confirm the request 3 get rid of the space between the first and second post on blog page. Looks like something is imbeded in the page. 4 Finally, I'd like to get rid of one of the double lines on the praise page under the word praise (there should only be one line there)
