Need a PHP wizard to add a multiple physical locations Field (street addresses) to an exisisting Online Support Ticket system (developer version). These location/addresses will then be available to our Users when they Open a Ticket to identify which location support is required at. Our DB Administrator must be able to assign unique email addresses for each location after hte User has registered with our Support Desk so that Opened tickets are sent to the specificed email for that location on submission, along with being sent to standard department/supervisors.
