MySQL Script Development - Transpose dates to columns and sum daily totals

I have a table that looks like this: FIRST_NAME LAST_NAME TRIP_DATE_TIME Abdullah Nichols 1/1/2018 Abdullah Nichols 1/1/2018 Abdullah Nichols 1/2/2018 Abdullah Nichols 1/3/2018 Abdullah Nichols 1/3/2018 Abdullah Nichols 1/4/2018 Abdullah Nichols 1/4/2018 Abdullah Nichols 1/5/2018 Abdullah Nichols 1/5/2018 Abdullah Nichols 1/6/2018 Frank Smith 1/7/2018 Frank Smith 1/7/2018 Frank Smith 1/9/2018 Frank Smith 1/10/2018 Frank Smith 1/10/2018 I need a MySQL query that will transpose each day to a column. Each day should have a sum listed for the total records per day, per name. The report will be run for 1 month only so a total of 31 "day" columns should be displayed to allow for the maximum possible number of days. A column should also be added to show the sum total of all trips taken during that month selected. The attached file shows the expected output based on the example data above.
