osticket some functions are not active or not function, please tell me how to fix.

Hi, we have new install osticket. but many function are not working. For examples, I cannot delete ticket, cannot change password, agent role permission is inactive, Manage Agent's access, permissions and teams are not active. Select All are not working. Do you think it is missing some plugins or something need to active somewhere. The osTicket version is 1.15.4. Any one can help to fix these problems. You can use teamviewer, zoom, anydesk or skype to access my system.

No this has got nothing to do with plugins , as you see OS ticket is an opensource skeleton structure that is available for use but one needs to set it up and custom code it as per the deployment needs . From what I have read , there are a few more things that needs answering so that I can understand your deployment. So let me elaborate on that . Can you please tell me what type of API you will be using for Data set ( IF ANY ) , Can you tell me the type of Server you have ? and of course what type of CRON it supports? Once I have these information, I will be able to build more wisely for you. Thanks and Regards
