Paralax website with full Wordpress integration

General information for the website: Marketing services Kind of development: Customization of existing website Num. of web pages/modules: 11 very simple sections Description of requirements/features: Attached website will be provided in HTML/CSS format. I then need someone to create this in to a Wordpress theme and create some Paralax animations. I Need someone with some creativity here. I will show you an example of a very similar one we just did, so you can see the kind of cool things the last developer did. We need someone else to think outside the box and come up with some cool animation ideas. The fish jumping out the bowl would be amazing but I know this might not be as easy. Needs to scroll gently and seamlessly between sections. Backend CMS will be completely editable to edit all text and images, forms, top menu etc. I can show you our last CMS backend, so you can see what we need. Development will be done on clients hosting- I have worked with them for 15 years so 100% trustworthy. Please no timewasters and please factor in that the client may make changes in to your quote. HTML and CSS will be provided Sunday 8th / Monday 9th March and website needs to be completed by Friday 13th March. You will be supplied a snagging list from the client after they have seen the first draft. Need to work until client is happy and client has signed off project 100% - please don't apply if you don't have any patience and just want to "get it out the way" quickly. I need a dedicated person and if you are good, we can use you again for more projects. I will need to have full access to WP-admin to make sure everything works as it should. Client pays me at the end of each month, so please bare this in mind.
