Parse webpage, output RSS

Need a rss feed for a webpage that lacks such option, to keep up with updates. Webpage contains list of article headlines with URL:s to them. Extract the headline/link and put into RSS item. The feed should be updated daily. New articles should then be added. Preferably without med having to host any code. Yahoo Pipes? Parse webpage [login to view URL] , but limit search to Stage:review and return RSS with each article headline as link. New RSS at least daily with new items.
