PHP/MySql Project Training

Hi, I'm looking for someone that will help me learn how to program in PHP and create a database in MYSQL. The project is mainly for calculators with a back end database. The projects are already created in MS Excel and we simply need to port them to PHP. I'm not look for someone to do everything, rather to teach me how to do it. I'd like to learn more about PHP so I can do any updates. I already have a basic understanding of PHP and need help with some of the advanced features. I'm willing to pay as we go for this project.
