The important feature is that when we scan the customers ticket, we scan a 10 digits barcode. The customer (when they bought the ticket), only fulfilled 6 out of the 10 digits. Therefore, when we plug a usb-scanner into the computer, the 10 digits are in the search field. When we submit the numbers, the tracker should only compare the first 6 digits with our guest-database. This is very important and needs to be done as soon as possible. The digits are 10 digits. Example: 1609961234. When the customer bought the ticket they put in 160996.
