Require Java/PHP Architect to write and design functional documents for Developers

We are developing a healthcare and pharma enterprise system project. We are in the initial phase of planning and require a Java or PHP architect to design the flow of system. We will explain the idea of the software. We need a correct person to help us decide the system requirements, framework, software/language to be used. Scope of this project: 1. Need a proof of concept and functional architecture document. 2. Need a detail document about software to be used, infrastructure required, developer skill required, milestone required to achieve and deliver software to customer. 3. Which free software is appropriate to be used? We prefer to use Java or PHP. 4. Provide list of software that we must/could/nice to have or may require to develop the software. 5. We provide links of other website which are doing similar software. You need to develop workflow, visio diagram, wireframe business process architecture, Requirements document etc. 6. Provide us – What web framework to be used, Database framework, client and server framework and high security framework. 7. Advance baseline detail document should be provided. Out of Scope: No software development required. We need only different documents that would be like a bible which will be used for developers to work on directly. Must skill: Minimum 5 years of Java/PHP experience Java/PHP Architect Precise Communication on email and Skype Nice to have Pharma / Healthcare experience Good credentials Good architect experience in different client side server knowledge, client adapter software knowledge, API integration knowledge, Orchestra/Middleware data engine knowledge, Enterprise system knowledge, Security software knowledge etc. Note: Do not google and copy the presentation and contents then submit to us.
