Show call recordings per extension with recording ID in FreePBX UCP

We have a previously built custom front end that shows calls in the FreePBX UCP (User Control Panel) per extension. It is supposed to update the call recording after the extension finishes the call and provide a recording ID. However, some calls are not showing the recording or show a recording ID but the recording is actually blank. I need someone with extensive knowledge of Asterisk and FreePBX to ensure the extensions are recording all inbound/outbound calls and the recording ID is correct along with a valid recording. You will also need to provide a page where recordings can be downloaded via recording ID.
