I need a proficient developer for a Twilio Voice Application. This app/script will be hosted on my web server. I don't need a mobile application, this will be a web-based application that I can upload and host on my website. The core functionalities it should include are: - Call recording - Call whisper feature, where a third party can coach the agent in real-time without the caller's knowledge reference: [login to view URL] - Call forwarding capability reference: [login to view URL] - Quick call form similar to what can be found on [login to view URL] (if a customer fills out a form on my wordpress website and adds his phone number, I want the system to automatically call my phone number, play a whisper message and then connect me with the customer) references: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The user interface should be easy to use and I should have all these features. What I'm trying to do is this: I have several clients to whom I may want to forward calls to (from my US-based numbers). I want to record phone calls, play whisper messages (ability to add my own recording, a few pre-added voices) and have quick call form functionality (read above if you don't know what this is) Applicants should have extensive knowledge of Twilio applications, call handling features and experience in delivering high-quality customer service solutions.
