SOCIAL RANKING AND TIPS PAYMENT PLATFORM - OPTION 5

Whatever you will propose in terms of money to develop this project will be the final price I will agree to and the entire development will need to go through freelancer.com. Read all project scopes and documents very carefully before you submit your final price. If you have signed the NDA, I will share the full project scope for better understanding of our requirements. I am looking for a capable freelancer or company to create a smart platform for making rankings and reviews to services provided by private and government entities in Saudi Arabia, in addition to paying tips and bonuses to services staff and companies with several online payment options. At the moment, crypto payments are not needed, but could be an option for a future upgrade. The tips and bonuses will be paid via web-based user interface. For extra security, the platform must use two-factor authentication. The staff being awarded the tips or companies getting the bonuses, the payer may have the option to select from credit cards, debit cards, or gift cards, or gift boxes. The platform must also be secure and have measures like one-time passwords and encrypted data. The platform will need to work in both Arabic and in English in Pilot Phase. There will be 4 different distinct functions/services provided by the platform as follow: 1- It will allow for service reviews (star ranking, google ranking, or feedbacks or comments) 2- It will allow for payment of tips to service staff (people delivering the services) 3- It will allow for payment of bonuses to service companies (collectively) 4- It will allow for social chatting between customer and service staff (it can happen only if at least the customer made a ranking or a service review, and the service staff must activate this function to allow for receiving messages) and the chat function will be limited to texting (no audio or video chat functionality) The platform will be working in Saudi Arabia only in pilot phase and will be focused on 3 distinct and popular service industries in Saudi Arabia. I will share these services later to the winning bidder. In later stages, we will add industries and countries in the region and beyond, so the project has a huge potential to scale up and increase in scope and size. This must be taken into consideration when you submit your proposal, keeping in mind that for now, I need to develop the pilot project that has needed quality and functionality to move the project into advanced funding rounds after finishing the pilot project, where the development partner will benefit from long term engagement on this project for several years. I am funding the pilot project entirely by my own resources at the moment. I also want to develop a mini marketplace for businesses that are receiving the rankings from users so that other potential customers can see these rankings and reviews accordingly and be able to opt to select which business to visit based on the data showing in our marketplace and therefore attracting more users to the platform and ensuring more engagement with rankings and tips payments. There will be no micro level services offered in the platform such as selecting which service received any specific rating, and customer selections which business to select will be purely based on the rankings and reviews showing in the platform for either total experience with the company and government entity or the specific employees in these entities only, with integration with google reviews as well to show only the respective google ranking or reviews in addition to our ranking and reviews. The customer shall have the option to simply dial the businesses or government entities contacts showing in the marketplace as listed by their respective owners, or click on their website link to make services selections directly on customers websites or any other third-party services marketplaces that the customers are currently using for appointments or sales, etc. We will not need to integrate with any third-party services marketplaces. We only need to allow the customer to post links to these marketplaces, if needed. If you have developed any similar marketplaces in the past, please share the links and information on them accordingly. There is a complete detailed scope of work waiting for any interested developer. However, you must sign my NDA and share it here in freelancer.com, before I am able to share with you any further information about the project. For freelancers that signed the first NDA, I also need them to sign the new NDA as both bids are slightly different and there is an update to the scope of work that needs a new NDA in place. The Freelancer NDA also needs to be signed in addition to our NDA as main requirement to receive the complete updated project scope. Thank you
