Troubleshoot PHPStorm XDEBUG not working for 1 of 40 projects.

Looking for those who use PHPStorm and ubuntu / vagrant. - I have 40+ projects on my local development machine. - I can run XDEBUG for many different proejcts without problems (static html websites, laravel, wordpress, even magento sites) - there is 1 project that I cannot get to start remote debug. - i've followed the instructions given by phpstorm for this 1 project, it did not help. - I deleted the .idea folder and re-configured the project, this did not help. - I moved to a new computer and tried this one project again - nope. not working There are some information on the internet about this weirdness: [login to view URL] However, nothing is working for my situation. This project is to troubleshoot and help fix this issue so that I can turn on XDEBUG for this 1 project specifically. Thank you.
