I have a CakePHP based application that I want to customize the look of the front-end for a proof-of-concept. Looking to modify views to our liking, update CSS and modify existing theme. I will provide wireframes of how I would like certain pages to look, as well as logos, color schemes, etc. I know a little code myself, but Front-end is not my strength.
