Virtual Project Management Assistant

A small company is seeking a virtual project management assistant to create, enter, and help manage projects and associated tasks. The virtual project management assistant will be required to complete tasks from the responsibilities list below: Responsibilities: 1. Receive via email information and updates on projects and tasks to be entered into a project management application (Manymoon). 2. Tasks will be sent during business hours in EST, and will be expected to be entered by the successful candidate within one business day. 3. Attention to detail is critical. 4. Candidates must meticulously log work hours, tasks performed, emails sent, etc. Qualifications: 1. Successful candidates will be computer savvy and be comfortable working via email correspondence . 2. Successful candidates must possess an excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. 3. As mentioned above, attention to detail is a must! 4. Previous experience as a virtual assistant and project manager (preferably with Manymoon) is preferred. 5. Candidates must have regular access to email. Expectation is for approximately 1 hour per day. The assistant will docket and deduct their time on a daily basis, and receive payment periodically (every 2 or 3 weeks) during the course of the ongoing assignment. Please reply with: 1.
