Ipad and iPhone simple calculation app

I am needing an application created that will work for iPad and iPhone. When opened the first thing it will do is ask how many players will be playing and allow the entry of the player names. It will also ask whether they want to play 9 hands or 18 hands. After that information is submitted then there will be an option to choose between 2 screens, a graph of which player has the highest score based on an added calculation or a spreadsheet type format view which can be switched dynamically. Both screens will allow the score keeper to enter values for each player for each round. Each screen, graph or spreadsheet, will tally up totals and place each player. There must be an info button that will show the directions of how to play the game that I will provide. I currently have this in numbers for ipad. The design and calculations are already done. I just need this transitioned to xcode as an app for sale at the app store. After the project is awarded I will provide the the numbers file to create the program from. Bottom line is that I know what I want and how I want it to work but just don't have the programming skills in xcode.
