Joomla 1.6 template developer needed (2)

I'm completely baffled how to modify a Joomla 1.6 template for my new website. I want a developer who can not only do this but also teach me how to do this, so that I can maintain my website in the future. I want to write minimal code so I want a template with many advanced options, settings, profiles, layouts, themes, and documentation. Tell me what template you recommend starting with. Tell me where I can see the administration panels for the template you recommend, or list the options, settings, profiles, etc. I will choose the developer who recommends the template that will let me do the most modification with the least amount of writing code.
