Port iPhone App to Android

Port a soundboard iPhone app to Android - all graphics and sounds will be provided and all content is locally stored so there is no backend required. The design and functionality should be similar to the iPhone app with the addition of being able to make the sounds ringtones. Adwhirl functionality needs to be included.
