Checklist Restructuring Real Estate Dev Co.

We need a checklist for restructuring a real estate development company in the Middle East. Things like check the foundation, clean up the balance sheet, reshape the organization, reduce costs, rearrange people, retrain people, things to do to get a company back on track and build a solid foundation. We then need a checklist section for preparing for expansion.
