Creating and assigning tasks is a very important role where most people fail projects by using any and every resource available. Unless the tasks are properly broken down the work required cannot be understood nor can the necessary resources be hired. With many years of practical experience in the international market I have the necessary skills to do this and monitor the progress. Identifying the tasks is not the end of the story. With out foresight of risks and proper planning the project cannot come to a closure.
