NY litigation or wills/estate attorney needed -- 2

Inheritance case representing beneficiary. According to the will each beneficiary should receive one third of the proceedings from the sale of a house. Executorix is not selling a house for over two years. We have sent 4 pre-trial motions asking for speeding up the sale during last six months. We received response asking for more time - up to six months. The executorix is living in the house and is interested not to sell the house, but keep living in it. We need to file a motion with court asking to speed up the sale of the house. We are a law firm representing the client, but we need to involve an attorney directly with the client from the field of litigation or wills/estates. Please advise what will be cover within the price quote. Rest of the work can be charged based on hourly fee or fixed feed pre-agreed directly with the client.
