Add and Edit page for exisiting website using Python

There is a project created that list the contents from the database. It reads and displays those content including populating data in the following format - date, description, name and URL This phase of the project requires the freelancer to add edit and add buttons. The add (+) button that will be on the top of the page will have form that will populate date, description, name and URL and update the SQLite table. Also each rows will have a edit button. I will also populate the information in that specific row and allow user to modify them and update the SQLite table.
