I have a series of xml files that I need command line tools via python to decrypt and re-encrypt them after editing. I'm not sure of the encryption method used, it may be DES or it also may just be some form of bit shifting or compression. Some of the file data seems to be intact which is hard to tell to the layman eye. Attached is a zip with 18 of the specified xml files.

Hi sir, If i have understand correctly you want one python program who can encrypt/decrypt some files with some encryption/decryption method (dependent from how much sensitive data have).
