I'm an experienced developer with a keen interest in the Raspberry Pi. I've worked on many Pi related projects using various input/output boards. I've already got some of the hardware that your using - Pi, relay, breadboard and DS18B20. I may want to get the same window activator and wireless module and receiver. I have a water and central heating pump monitor and controller written in Python and running on a Pi Zero which has some similar functionality to your project. Dear Sir/Madam, I am new to freelancer but I have got involved into many embedded projects before (including arduino, raspberry pi). I can design it for you and provide you with step by step instructions. At a later stage we can integrate this into a patform like openHAB. Nevertheless I have some questions: 1) What is the inteface between the heating /cooling system and window activator? (some simple relays will do the job?) 2) What about the radio links (nRF24l01)? Perhaps for a remote sensor/actuator? Then a microcontroller (arduino?) is needed there. 3) Who will make the construction? Feel free to contact me to iron out the details.
