Point Cloud Instance Segmentation Annotator Purpose: - 3D point cloud segmentation Objects to be Modeled: - Individual tree crowns Accuracy of Annotations: - Accurate Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in editing point clouds to create instance segments manually - Familiarity with point cloud processing software and tools like CloudCompare - Familiarity with drone lidar data Project Description: We are seeking a skilled freelancer to segment drone lidar data manually into individual crown point clouds in a forest environment. Each point within an individual crown should be assigned with a crown ID. The annotations need to be accurate to ensure the precision of crown boundaries. No need for other labeling or annotation work, simply the crown ID assignment Example data is in the snapshot. There are around 800-1000 tree crowns in the data area. A fixed price (100 USD) for the example area with a bonus (50 USD) depending on the segmentation quality. Must be accurate. It can turn into a longer contract with about 10x similar data areas to process if the initial deliverables are satisfactory
