Raspi OS Networking Setup with Onboard Telit Modem

PLEASE READ PROJECT DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY This project could be as little as 30-60mins work for the right person. We are currently trying to solve a networking issue with RASPI OS on CM4. We are using Network Manager & Modem Manager. The PROBLEM: Even after establishing a connection via the 3g modem we suffer very poor speeds and unable to run speed test or ftp connection when connected to 3g. We are able to ping external IP addresses and connect via SSH over vpn The model of the modem is a Telit LE910 mounted on a specialized custom PCB We are able to establish a connection using custom code and instructions from Techship. Please see attached for the instructions we have written for the modem start up etc. We have been able to install Zero tier vpn and can actually connect via SSH over VPN on 3g **The issue we are trying to solve is: Why is our download speed and connection so flaky on 3g even though modem stats and connection is strong. It appears to be a routing or driver issue. **Please Understand: Once you are awarded the job you will be required to communicate with us on a different communication platform other than Freelancer You will be given access to a laptop on TeamViewer that has LAN SSH to the CM4 device
