We're looking for someone to perform due diligence about a specific real estate company based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi area. This is for an overseas based investor looking to decide whether or not to proceed with investment partnership. Tasks: - Contact via phone major agents in the area to see company's reputation - Preferably also 1-2 site visits on prior projects that the company has done (meal and transportation costs will be provided) - Contact construction companies that company has worked with in the past You can also suggest other ideas related to this project. Our goal is we need someone to help us decide whether or not to proceed with the investment. Person must be based in Pakistan, preferably ISB area. Preference for someone with real estate background.
