Sending Job Description and Client's details to the interested candidate 4. Scheduling right candidate for the interview 5. Responding to the candidates queries 6. Regular follow up with the candidate till they join the company 7. Ensuring zero default hiring and maintaining high conversion ratio 8. No false or over commitment to the candidate.
