Create 3 3D models with run animation + rendering

For a game we need three medium polygon models with a run animation. For each of the characters there's a psd file where they're drawn from 4 angles/sides. An example is attached (the original psd's are 3 times the resolution). For every character we then require a spritesheet with 6 frames for every direction, where every frame has a 27x35 proportion (and a minimum resolution of 27px x 35px, transparent background). So that's 3 characters, 4 directions each = 12 spritesheets. We will own the full rights of the model and the spritesheets.
