I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are 3D Design, 3D Rendering, floor plan design, concept art. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $100-300 USD. I am in the process of building a dental office and I need some professional looking floor plans/concept designs to pitch to a dental company. This will be the Showcase office for SironaDenstply and will be out of this world awesome! I have a few concept drawings for you to work with. Basically, the main feature will be outdoor plant/water feature running through the middle of the office separating the "public" waiting areas/business center, from the clinical zone. Their will be floor to ceiling windows showcasing it. Our goal is to have the office win awards in design and have dentists from all over visit for training/hands on experience with SironaDenstply dental equipment (Cerec, Galileos CT Scan, 3d printing, etc.) The concept floor plan and designs do not need to be to scale or anything, I just need something professionally looking/better than my own drawings to present with.
