Design build on a 500 sq ft 1924 plantation style home. Had a local sketch up guy get started with a scan of the property and basic model creation. As we moved into simple renderings for kitchen design we couldn't seem to keep the local guy working on it. no progress for and missed deadlines for very basic stuff. Looking for help. we don't need drawings. just simple renderings to show client for beach cottage style space. have all the design pictures ready for you and a 3d model in sketchup to start on. just need help finishing it and working through adding windows etc.
