Keys To The Gulf

We need an artist rendering that can be created from either autocad file or pdf files but we prefer by hand from art of our town homes. There are five different town homes that are joined together. Each Townhome must be a different color that is specified in the color pallet attachment. The style of Art Upload represents the type of art style we prefer. The front elevation only represents the actual units that we are building and the drawing / rendering must reflect these actual units. If you render a 2/3 D colored jpg of the autocad file with some scenery of the gulf blended in the preferred art style everyone would be happy. We have made a few exceptions are and those are as follows. 1. The roofs are metal instead of color [login to view URL] tar and the railings are also metallic / silver 2. There must be some sort of depiction of the Gulf of Mexico / Water We need to use the images for web site, emails, outdoor sign, banner ad, power point. It needs to be scalable and delivered quickly.
