Human Resources (HR) Manager

Description The Human Resource Manager will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing, employee relations, administering compensation, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. In addition, the HR Manager is responsible for performance management, organizational planning and support to the management and staff of the organization, as well as managing a variety of Corporate and Divisional HR related initiatives and projects. Essential Job Functions: Administer compensation and benefit plans Talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives Maintain data in ADP WorkforceNow, including employee data/changes, process and validation tables, policies and general maintain of data in HRIS system Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Assist in creation and implementation of human resource policies Design a metric based performance management process Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates Organize annual employee performance reviews Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities Ensure compliance with labor regulations Other duties and projects as required
