setting up a Self Defense Empowerment program in Canada

I am looking to set up a Self Defense Empowerment program in Canada with the objective of both physical and psychological empowerment. The program should serve both men and women, and have a duration of more than 6 months. It should be comprehensive, offering both physical self-defense techniques and psychological resilience building. This program is intended to strengthen individuals and build their confidence in defending themselves in any situation.
I’m seeking a highly experienced individual or team to design and develop this program. This person(s) should possess a comprehensive knowledge of self-defense, psychology and human behavior, and have a proven track record with developing successful empowerment programs. I would prefer someone with strong communication and organizational skills as well as a passion for helping people build fundamental skills to help them become better people.
