I undertake architectural design work for a number of sectors in Australia including the disability sector and have a basic research project to search for current templates. I am looking for somebody to undertake research on the internet for compliant NDIS templates for housing design. These design templates need to be current and consistent with the 'fully accessible' design standard in accordance with the attached document. I would like a suite of different design options specifically focussed on YPIRAC suitable templates for independent living, Group homes (4 beds + Overnight Onsite Assistance) and other current compliant floor plans. In addition to the plans, any design commentary from the web would also be of advantage An example of the type of thing I am looking for is attached to this request. I would like the final document provided to me in Word and/or Powerpoint format
