Market Research

I'm looking for someone willing to perform market research pertaining to Computer Aided Dispatch software, particularly software used in the Public Safety field. I'm interested in getting a survey and understanding of pricing and provided support and any differences in sales or sales practices across different regions of the United States. It is also important to get a cross-section of cost in relation to agency size. This may equate to the number of officers/members in the field, the number of dispatchers, the number of vehicles, or the number of seats the software is licensed for. Also I am looking for information pertaining to both in-vehicle (vehicle MDTs) and communication center (dispatch) software. It is my understanding that the pricing method different companies use vary widely and I'm trying to get a general feel of the methods used and the pricing given. It'd be helpful if you could give me some information about your background and qualifications, as well as any similar projects you've completed, with your bid via PM.
