I am not only a writer, copy writer, marketing and sales writer, but I've also been personally employed in the real estate field for a number of years (from 2000-2007), as well as I've also been a "real estate flipper" since my father got me into it when I was only 13 years old (I'm now 50 thank you!). I would strongly suggest you let me write you two (2) sets of the letters you are requesting. The first would be one where you get the letter recipient to contact you back by not just dialing your phone number - but by sending you some information back to you by phone, fax, mail and/or email. Otherwise, people will "mean to call back later" and never get around to it - unless there is a specific purpose as well as a deadline to do it in for them to receive a benefit out of it to motivate them. The second would be a letter that is designed as an "introduction letter" where you state you'll be calling them to follow-up and make personal contact within a set time so they are expecting your call. When you do a letter that is strictly a "direct mail" sort of letter - you're only going to get about a 3 percent response. That's about 3 people per 100 letters you send out. But if you also have a letter that allows you to make a "warm" call - you not only increase your response percentage dramatically - you'll also be also be able to pick up "referral" information. What I mean by that is when they say "oh, I'm not interested in that right now, but I might be in three months" or "I'm not interested in that now - but my neighbor, Sally Sue, would be". The letters I create for you will also include instructions on how to use them - as well as how to reformat them into fax and/or email letters so you can send out larger number's of inquiries without having to pay for stationary and postage as an overhead.
