Website administration and web marketing - repost

We have two websites in the active toys sector. One site is established, the other new. The existing site needs current advertising reviewing to increase sales, currently using Adwords, need to look at other web marketing including Google Shopping; Adsense and other potential marketing. The new site needs a marketing strategy implementing to create awareness and bring traffic to the site Also need day to day administration including adding/deleting products; updating various sales channels (Amazon; EBay and Playtrade) and moving products between sites. Both sites are on the Shopify ecommerce platform and use Linnworks order processing software to coordinate the various sales channels
