173685 Video upload problem to fix

I have a problem with a new script on a Video/Joke site.I need a programmer with the skills of customization/modification and a little fix of existing, already installed script(PHPMOTION4,on dedicated server, mencoder,ffmpeg,etc-are installed!). Currently, conversion of non-flv files don't work, but when user upload flv files, all working perfect!You should know how to fix this problem. Basically, it is video-jokes site which should have(except video section) 3 sections more: text jokes, funny pictures, and funny power point presentations section. Your task is appropriate visualization(funny site is in question, with funny header etc), and adding of 3 mentioned sections to existing script. Additional you have add some google ads on the sites and a nice funny header. To have a idear of the site, please see attachment. I pay only SL escrow.
