Mac keyboard shortcut for Tweet Box

Now that Mountain Lion is out for Mac OS, there is a way to share a tweet by clicking the button in the notification center. There are also sharing options within Safari and other applications. Therefore, I believe it would be possible to set a keyboard shortcut I can use to open up this same tweet box, so I do not have to first open the notification center, etc. I'd like someone to provide a way I can do this. Either provide directions or a script I can use to have a shortcut. 10 rating for fast work! Please test before submitting. Thank you.
