PHP standalone installer using Inno Setup

I want you to create an self-excuting installer using Inno Setup that with install xampp with preconfigured username and passwords for the mysql server that I will set.? And add a file folder to the xampp folder once it is installed.? ## Deliverables I would like to be able to have user download the installer.? When they double click it, it will ask them where they want to install the software.? It will install xampp with a preconfigured mysql and phpmyadmin username and password (basically so they can't view the database thru phpmyadmin).? It will then copy a file folder with website files into the xampp/htdocs folder.? The installer will create an icon on the users desktop that when double clicked open the [login to view URL] file in the xampp/htdocs folder.? Basically what I want you to do is help me create this installer using Inno Setup software so I can repeat the process if I need to do it for other website files. Hopefully this isn't to confusing.? If you are familar with Inno Setup software and xampp then you should be able to help me out.
