Public Auto Installer of CubeCart

I need a web page that has the auto installer feature like Fantastico but only to install one particular opensource script or site called CubeCart. This is like when a visitor wants to have a CubeCart installed, they will only have to register to the site with a small monthly or yearly fee and cubecart will be available for them to use and control the backend instantly.
