200 PR3+ Back Links - Mobile Car Wash and Auto Detailing

We have earlier posted a bigger project (still open and actively considering bids) , with comprehensive tasks included , but now decided to create smaller projects (consisting of the parts of the larger project). Reasoning is that some tasks might be too simple to engage an expert of more complex tasks and might make larger number of otherwise qualified freelancers hesitant to bid. Others, looking for simpler tasks , may avoid bidding simply because they can't deliver more complex parts of the project. In order to achieve the optimal efficiency and chose the best available option for all, we decided to create narrower , more focused projects for broader segments of bidders to participate. We are going to consider ALL bids (both for LARGE and SMALLER projects) and will decide how to proceed as we receive the offers and review the profiles and ratings of freelancers. Successful bidder on this project will be able to: 1. Create 200 PR3+ backlinks Backlinks with 100% white hat techniques only! - Links must be only from web based auto detailing and car wash promoting websites or related with it - Links must be strictly from Google PR3+ pages - internal pages, iframe page with PR less than 3 not count. - Links must be permanent. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement. - One link per domain. - Links must be placed on proper PR3+ web pages, either on home page or internal pages.
