Role Overview Working directly with our SEO technical team, you will have the main role of communicating with our clients and the SEO technical team, making sure the SEO campaigns are performing to the best of their ability, whilst managing clients’ expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Project managing multiple client SEO accounts. - Cultivating and expanding client relationships - Analyse the effectiveness of the SEO campaigns and suggest improvements externally to clients and internally within the business. - Working within a team setting, helping to achieve monthly targets and goals. - Ability to understand a client’s business, their targets and maximize their brand. - Reporting back to clients by generating reports from Google/online marketing tools in a clear and informative way. - Cross selling and upselling other services to help achieve the clients’ desired results. - Managing workload with prioritization and organization. Key Skills and Experience Essential: - Fluent in written and verbal English. - Experience in an online Account management role – minimum experience 1 year. - Excellent communication skills - Excellent organization skills - Experience in reporting from and understanding Google / SEO tools - Google Search console, Google Analytics (GA4), Google search engine, SEMRush, AHREFs etc.. - Solid knowledge and understanding in search engine optimization fundamentals. - SEO ideas bringer– constantly on the pursuit of new ideas. - Customer service focus – able to develop effective internal and external relationships. - Have a keen interest in online marketing, tech and new online technologies.
