Onpage optimization of my site

This is relating to my site on tax advice to US taxpayers which is launched 7 months ago and has a PR -2 status right now. The site is enjoying good amount of links and will soon march towards higher PR. Its just 5 page site. Having some experience in IT, I am doing my own efforts for the promotion of this site, so I don't want off-page optimization. Please take into account this factor while quoting. People quoting by cut-and-paste or sending automated responses quoting for full SEO services will be easily identified and ignored. What I have already done: I have designed it nicely with appropriate keywords and images useful for promotion. I have already registered for analytics and webmasters tools. I have identified and inserted some long-tail keywords also. I have admin panel to amend keywords and tags. What I want you to do: You should analyze the site details and find present problems/areas for improvement relating to onpage optimization. (All important factors including meta, h1, h2, optimizing text, find and fix missing alt tags, submission in Google MSN Yahoo Webmaster, ROR File Development, ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc) use .htacces urls redirect, 404 recirect etc [login to view URL] file Development and so on) Then you execute some quick strategies to fix these problems. My budget is limited so at this time I am expecting something like one-time solution and not a continuing one. I cannot keep on paying somebody continuously at this point of time. However, if your proposal sounds good and ingenious, I won't mind considering your services in the near future. Please send me information on past experience. This is very important.
