I have experience with similar scripts. I have PowerShell experience since version 1.0 Almost 3 years ago I made such a script to automate AD user creation, FTP & IIS settings and group membership - very similar to your request

I will request for the description of the client's problem, script's purpose, requirement specs and the desired output. After getting the problem's details and requirement specifications I will re-create the same environment at my end, will write the script, and test it until the desired output is produced.
