Project Description: **Face Recognition software in WPF Browser Application** I require a programmer to build a face recognition system, which will use a web cam to verify of a patient's face and search for that user's picture within a database of patients and if they exist in the database then the system should grant access to the system other wise decline. The system should allow new users to be added and existing patients to be deleted by the administrator. The system user can add the details of the patient i.e the patient accessed In-Patient for $20 or Lab Test for $[login to view URL] system user only has the right to verify the patient and input in an input box the type of service the patient wanted e.g Patient 1002 wanted service Lab Test, Cost= $ 15......Patient 1013 wanted service In-Patient, Cost=$20 and save the data in the database alongside the patient picture.
