Need a Basic ADSL2+ modem designed with very limited features, hardware and software design to prototype.

Looking to have a small ADSL1/2+ modem designed without bells and whistles and limited features more details to be given to successful bid. looking to know if idea is feasible if so then lead to: hardware and software design. Manufacture of prototype for testing purposes. For me to disclose more inform on the project i will ask for a standard non disclosure statement to be signed. i have attached the NDS. Overall looking to have a device created from start to finish and have a working prototype. Please apply if this is something your company can achieve/do.
