Outlook Plugin that adds information into the email

Hi, Thanks for inviting me to bid on this project. I suppose you've seen my related (outlook plugin) projects concluded here on freelancer. I will deliver the plugin working with Outlook 2007 and higher, up to 2013, fully branded to your needs: with an installer (created using InnoSetup), having your logo and about info, EULA, copyright notice, etc. It will add a button to the message window which, when clicked will insert the generated quotation number into the subject line and send the email. Software developer since 2000, specializing in Visual Basic, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and VBA for MS Office. All my freelancer projects thus far have been vba related. If there is only one email address to send quotations from, the Message ID within outlook itself can be used. If more than one, a database system will have to be implemented.
