need a web page with spreadsheet control with the following capabilities: ability to lock certain cells ability to show/hide row/col numbers ability to show/hide formula and formatting bar ability to show/hide scroll bars ability to limit navigation to a cell range. ability to upload a spreadsheet and save to xls spreadsheet ability to format cells for font, color grid navigation: arrows, tabs, enter key, page up/down aspx page, vb.net code.
